The words you paste or photograph
When you photograph a letter, the words will be read on your device and only the text sent. The photograph will stay with you. Photographing will work on Android and on the web, and not yet on iOS. The letter reader is in private testing and is not available to the public.
What we hold
Without an account
Most of Avanti Medico is planned to work with no account. A short-lived, anonymous session will remember things like your daily allowance. It will not be tied to who you are, and it will be deleted automatically.
With an account
An account will need one thing: an email address. There will be no password. When accounts open, we will send a secure, time-limited sign-in link instead. We will hold your email, the things you choose to save, and basic account records such as your plan. Avanti Medico will send each sign-in link by email once accounts open.
What we will never do
- We will never sell your data.
- We will never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We will never build an advertising profile of you. Avanti Medico carries no advertising.
- We will never make you create an account to read a page.
- We will never track what you read to monitor your health over time.
Your rights, made easy to use
- See what we hold about you.
- Export your saved content.
- Delete single items, or your whole account. After a short grace period a deleted account cannot be recovered.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. Deleting your account does exactly that.
Who helps run Avanti Medico
A small number of providers will help us host the service, send sign-in emails and take payments. We publish the list of them openly, on the Avanti Medico app's sub-processor list. None may use your information for their own purposes.
